Too bad he can't say the same for Lambert, not when he dismisses what he actually is here outright. That's funny in its own way and Childermass isn't about to correct him, though the next guess does bring his focus on writing to a sudden stop. He'll frown down at the page he's working on for a moment, brow furrowed, before leaving off hovering over the notebook to lean back in his chair instead.
