Late in their stay, Papyrus is not entirely sober. Not from seeking alcohol, but because other partiers offer drinks and he's enjoying saying yes to it all. At some point in his partying, he's received sunglasses to given his face, a lei hung over his tail, and intensely colored lipstick pressed to the sides of his skull.
