"That's...interesting and yes, that would--" his eyes widened when he realized that, yes, of course, why wouldn't she ask if he had a liver and kidneys, because he didn't look remotely human anymore. For all she knew he could have always been an alien or a creature from another realm. The realization hit him hard though, it was one-half slightly amusing and one-half rather depressing.
