"Perhaps you could jump off something smaller than the ferris wheel? There's a danger that you'll just land on your feet instead of flying but it's at least an option. Perhaps I could bring the winds back while you jump off of something smaller."

His tone is a bit worried. At least in Strange's mind, this isn't really the best option. But it's at least a option and beggars can't afford to be choosers.
