As far as Lambert can tell, most of the supervisors do seem like they fit the job, though there's not a whole lot of supervising happening that he can gather. Then again, he's never had a chance to see the Carnival properly in action, and maybe that's not about to change anytime soon, with everyone else still trying to get their bearings.
