At least one of the elder types will brush her off with "kids these days bluh ruining the Earth Spirit bluh bluh" type talk. An older werebull who likes to wrestle, however, will say that he did observe what people were talking about, because he was doing some kind of bull-warrior meditations at the the time and felt the surge. He doesn't know a lot of what to do about it, but he'll essentially be like "It's no good, Amethyst. It's no damn good." Ultimately, he'll blame it on some mage bullshit, because mages are constantly ravaging the Earth Spirit with their lust for power, and etc. Apparently he actually has a lot to say about this kind of thing if you prompt him about it. It might be hard to get him to stop talking now, though.
The Animal Fair is no werebeast association that anybody has heard of, though you'd expect it to be, with a name like that. No one any of them knows across the country has claimed any affiliation with the group, which is odd, because werebeasts do tend to group together socially. One were will claim they saw something on the internet about some weres from another state investigating something like this a couple months ago. They were never seen again.
Or, more likely, they just stopped posting because everything was done under anonymous forums anyway.
