And he does. Of course, his reaction to his relocation isn't as quite as lowkey as Amethyst's had been. His last clear memories (of this life) were of being told he'd consumed something strange, and then passing out in a way that felt completely unnatural. He hadn't had much time to contemplate it all, really. Yet, before it had all gone away, he couldn't help but to have felt just a little bit betrayed.

In the meantime, it's like some other well of regrets has opened up entire. His waking mind is filled with confusing conflicts, and memories of things that haven't actually happened. Did they happen? He scrambles to make sense of it all. The other place has been so hot, and he'd been in so much pain, but this...

Grass... trees... and vines. His seven eyes open and the pupils of them become small with his shock. Without pausing a moment longer, his extends his wings, trying to fly with a desperate flap - only to find that his arms and wings are bound within a fae trap. He has no idea what just happened to him, and with his immediate bid for freedom taken away from him, he can't figure out what to actually do besides to allow his wings to crumple down against, staring at Nightshade in a state of total bewilderment.

"...Fae," he mumbles, slowly understanding the nature of the spell over him. He can feel his own free will strain beneath its hold. "It was a fae spell."

Why? How?

Also unlike Amethyst, he is quick to grasp the full severity of what's happened, too. What may be worrying about that is that he looks absolutely mortified.
