Peridot smirks, and utters the appropriate magic word. All of a sudden, the sleeping dog in the corner becomes airborne, and it blinks awake groggily. It looks vaguely annoyed, but apparently not too surprised that this is happening to it. Being a terrible little ham, Peridot even takes it a step further, and says another word to make the dog float over to her, where she catches it in her arms and gives it's ears a good scratch.
