"Ehhh..." Amethyst shrugs. "I kind of... cheated at a game..." She waves it off, pats a hand on his arm. It's a big paw hand, so it might not be as reassuring as she's going for. "It's no big deal, trust me, one year goes real fast."

She pauses a second, though, dropping her hand to her side, and looks up at him with a very slight frown. It melts into a grin a second later, though, as she plays what she says next off as a joke:

"You stay out of trouble, though, okay dude? Gotta get you back to Steven in one piece."
