Silver is a very soft metal. I will of course see if I can procure one, but how would such a malleable material hold an edge?

[Iron at least could be worked into sharpness, or into steel which was a reasonable weapon against many things. But ... silver? Unless silver's a very different sort of metal where he's from, or he uses the word differently..]
