She crosses her arms, still tense as she considers his offer. Rita was a bird once too, during that Animal Fair nonsense... which was also the Ringmaster's fault, as it turned out. But that was only one night, and she spent most of it in a panic. Childermass probably does have a clearer memory of that sort of experience... and as sketchy as he looks, he's shown himself to be more or less trustworthy.

Of course, that doesn't make this any less awkward. Turning her head away, she nods and grudgingly says, "Yeah. Sure. Do whatever."
