Is that explanation even slightly accurate? Hell if Strange knows. But then again, the entire theme of the spa so far has been treatments that Strange has no idea even existed actually exist in the first place. The fish might be odd but nothing's actively hurting him so nibble away, you weird little fish.

They don't really bite at all--this is more nibbling than anything else. But considering that the theme of the evening's swapped to two grown men teasing the shit out of each other, Strange is going to continue that.
