Despite the fact that Strange cleaned the trailer fairly well in a fit of not dealing with things, it's slowly fallen back into slight disarray. The kitchen table-turned-desk is covered with papers, as Strange works out the particulars of a spell. He's lost in his own thoughts as he works, occasionally flipping through a book that he's using for reference.
So he straight up doesn't realize Tamaki came in until he actually speaks. This also means that he doesn't realize Tamaki floated in through the wall. How odd. Strange didn't hear a knock--maybe he let himself in?
Still, Tamaki must be here for a reason, so the least Strange can do is give him his undivided attention.
"There's no need--I don't mind company. Besides, I don't think I'm getting anywhere with this spell in the first place," said with an annoyed siiiigh.
