9S has never heard of Tyria, but given that this is a dimension travelling carnival, he's not particularly surprised. Especially after introducing himself as a Sylvari, which he's also never heard of.

How does a plant gain sapience? He's seen plants grow into enormous sizes, choking buildings with their trunks, but they had all been silent and still. It's all very strange. At least with androids, they had human creators to give them thought and emotion. Plants just... are, as far as he knows.
