So, the pesto sauce will be rich and fresh, probably the mildest of any of these. The seafood one'll be salty and full of butter and garlic, so, also rich with a lingering taste. Tomato'll have this very weak bitterness that really brings out the tart and sweet in it. Any of those sound good?
