Oh well. At least it's an easy fix, for Rita. Focusing, she uses her magic to generate a small amount of heat in her hand. The cloth loses its rigidity and curls downward, dripping slightly. There. Cool, but not frozen. Rita wrings out a bit of the moisture, carefully dabs it against the woman's forehead, and then sets it there.
"Her body temperature seems fine, and it looks like the blood's returned to her head... Must've been really tired, if she isn't waking up by now." Or the shock of breaking the spell was just that severe... but Rita's not about to blame her present company for that. The alternative could've been death.
