As Tyki closes the distance between them, Strange takes a step back slightly. His jovial tone is starting to fall apart slightly, as a look of confusion plants itself squarely on his face. He didn't search the entire castle for Tyki. But he couldn't. Why couldn't he do it in the first place?

"I did search for you," Strange restates. "It's simply that..." And here he trails off, still looking so confused. What was stopping him? Because something had to be stopping him.
