Honestly, the knowledge that he would soon get an exasperated lecture is part of the reason why Strange leaned in to kiss Arabella. She's the one that pulls back first—if Strange had his way, they'd spend the rest of the evening either cuddling, kissing, or dancing together. That little glance over her shoulder tells Strange enough about what he thinks worries Arabella.
"You needn't worry," Strange adds in, with a smile of his own. "I guarantee you that everybody here is looking at someone else over us."
After all, whether it's one of the more animalistic members of the carnival or their fae hosts themselves, there's plenty of other people to look at instead of the soppy human(ish) couple.
