The scorpion starts to shrink, folding in on itself as it grows fur and about half a hairless tail (it's all kind of gross). The scorpion is now a mouse, lying unconscious on the ground, thanks to the transformation. Going over to the now-mouse, Strange gently picks it up and holds it to his ear.
"Well he's breathing." He's breathing more steadily than Strange, who visibly has to catch his breath. Unsurprisingly, when you spend the past few days throwing around magic and then cast a complex spell, it's a bit tiring.
