Very, very slowly, Joker starts to raise up one foot... only to abruptly snap it out and kick Julien in the side of his leg. With the state he's in, it's honestly not that big of a deal. He's tired, and poisoned, and preoccupied with hiding his own mental wounds. That doesn't leave a lot of effort for kicking.
