He won't let Strange touch it even if he asks unless he was absolutely sure it wouldn't hurt him. Dark Matter was no joke to humans and while he was sure it wouldn't transmit the akuma virus given he was pure Noah he's being careful. Tyki would rather not have obligations in a place where he already got in trouble once.
