Honestly, there's not enough people in the carnival who appreciate raunchy humor. Most of them do tend to be like Scout nowadays, or Ginko, or they're, frankly, just children who probably shouldn't hear this anyway.

(Which, admittedly, was a rule he disregarded in the Manor... but they were all captured regardless. A little bit of scandal and embarrassment was fine in comparison to the despair which had continued to weigh on their shoulders.)
