Can he fly? His face says...well. Technically yes, but frankly Nightshade moves too quick for that to even BE an answer. With one last glance at the Fae, committing her visage to memory, he bolts after Lambert-not jumping, but continually running, magic in place as he rushes along the wall. "NH- LAMBERT!" he shouts, vines shooting forward to grab for him. It's not the fall that kills, he thinks in his mind, pushing onward through the run as he goes. It's the shock, the sudden stop, the ending of it all, and when he grabs he doesn't just jolt the man over, or stop the motions, he keeps going.
