Involuntarily, he lets go of Lavellan as some of his non-core systems enter preservation mode to prevent damage to his black box. His legs buckle under him, limbs twitching as his NFCS is thrown into disarray. He can't see her clearly, his visual systems full of static, and his aural sensors returning nothing but garbage data.
