In Strange's mind, that answers Tyki's question then and there. Tyki's a smart guy and Strange is pretty certain the entire social order didn't upset itself in the fifty or so years in between their times. Or, at least, the entire social order didn't upset it enough to the point where rich guys suddenly stopped being assholes to the less fortunate.
"And, if I may point out the obvious, he's enthralled. The Void wants to end all of Creation. I suspect it's latching onto any small annoyance it can find in order to magically convince the Harbingers to serve it's interests."
