Fortunately, as a pigeon Julien's got a very strong stomach for strange maneuvers. His other body might have more of an issue. This one wants to hold on to what it's got.

The simple standby of reversed pants, using the fly as a tail-hole, is awkward to pull on in practice and doesn't look great with costumes, but there are plenty of other options. "If you want something with a tail sleeve that'll take a bit longer but, hey, this is exactly the situation we've got a magic mannequin for."
