GOD that's a mood though, you're good

It does admittedly take him a minute. He can understand her, yes, but the request itself is definitely... guard-dropping, to say the least.

He does eventually 'blink' - the little lights that appear to be his pupils simply wink out of existence for a moment in the black voids that are his eye sockets - and shake himself out of his stalled state.

"...m-mm, ah-" and puts his tools down along the edge of the wall to keep any of them from potentially falling onto his supervisor during this stunt of sorts. "Er... Go ahead, I guess?" What is one really to say in this sort of situation? Is there anything he needs to do to let her pick him up??
