Foster wouldn't be the first master that cared little for its creations. It's not as if the Noah cared about the Akuma they created. They were simply pawns to be used when and if they wanted. Akuma were beings that constantly changed until they weren't even themselves anymore. Torn and ripped to shreds of their former selves, it mattered not.
