"The Rhys I know is my friend," Cole states, with a bit of a grumpy frown on his face. An impostor? That's silly. His Rhys was Rhys, he knows that much. This Rhys is odd.

"But he's just Rhys. You're Rhys and more. More mind, more thoughts, more hurts. But I don't know what it is." And that's something which is annoying Cole more than he wants to let on. Why does Rhys feel like Rhys and someone else? And where did that someone else come from?

Cole's so wrapped up in his own questions that he doesn't answer Rhys's question about how he knew his name (though the answer is spirit memory bullshit.)
