That isn't exactly what Cole means but alright, he can work with this. Because this Rhys is smart and he is clever, only because he hasn't really given Cole any reason to think otherwise. As such, Cole gives Rhys a little nod and continues on (what he thinks) is the proper path and the best way to flatter him.

"And you have someone in your head to talk to! If more people talked with someone, then they'd do smarter things."

Granted, the someone in Rhys's head is Handsome Jack who might not be the best person to talk to but hey, Cole doesn't know that.
