Amethyst swerves around Yugo's summon as it takes the blow from the Rose Queen's sword. All she wants is to get to Steven. Of course that means getting way too close to the Rose Queen for comfort, but at this point she doesn't care. The story's got to make it work, right? And if it doesn't, well... Well. She'd do it anyway.

She pretty much dives forward to grab Steven's hand with both of hers.

"I got you, dude!"
