He summoned a fae, but not the one he intended to. We got Frost instead, who proceeded to dump a snowstorm on the realm before getting dispelled. At the time, the Ringmaster remarked that it was strange, that he must have been oddly close to the Carnival in the first place for that spell to work the way it did."
