If there's a way to combine Joker's good idea with Papyrus' advice, giving himself the feeling that his advice led here, he's taking it. Sure, it might lead back to bad jokes, especially if Joker opts for clothing decorated by funny words... but getting it visible when they're mostly on 4 legs would be a challenge. They might be safe.
