There was a moment, a very brief moment, where the prism collapsed and the clones came down on Yuusei, their combined weights crushing him only for a second. His whole body aches from that, and the iron feels like thousand-ton weights on his limbs for the moment, but beyond that...

He blinks hazily and coughs, squinting at Carly as she approaches.

(And while he himself doesn't see it, Carly will surely notice how, when her luminous form nears him, Yuusei's entire head of hair lights up a shiny chrome blue, not unlike his feathers did as a hummingbird.)
