It's not a lot of information on her, which is a good thing, and it helps to calm him into a more sincere and straight mood suitable to his assignment. It takes a lot not to raise his ears in attention, though he is listening, and he'll stare forward away from her in order to seem disinterested. At best it looks like he's ignoring her.

Normally he'd say something along the lines of it's okay or a break is fine. Or he might encourage her to keep working. Instead, he says nothing and continues to do so without thinking things too hard.

"Noted," he responds, like he passed it off as nothing. He doesn't note it down though, ignoring the information as anything crucial.
