1) Well, this is where all the Deltas in the section sleep, so you're going to have to take out basically all of them as they wake up. Some sort of alarm will probably go off sooner rather than later.
2) After the couple dozen or so technicians that sleep there are dealt with, you'd mostly just have to block the teleporter. It's a bit bottlenecked due to the fact that all teleportation has to go through there, but they will come in better armed after the first period of confusions.
