Ostensibly they just need to get the right level of clearance to use the same teleporter they just entered through. Based on Tyki's visor, they need either Beta access, or permission from a Beta level or higher to go to certain locations in Polaris, including A3 or A4.

So, that means they probably need to find a Beta.
