Rita's flailing around in the water as she feels a strange sensation in her own body. She treads water for a few moments, holding a hand over her heart with a ponderous expression... then reaches out to grab Yuya's arm and pull him close enough to wrap an arm around his chest. Focusing on her blastia, she's able to make both of them levitate, and once they're out of the water, she flaps her wings to help guide them back to where they were before, where Ignatius now stands.

She lets go of Yuya the moment their feet touch the ground, then takes an uneasy step forward, eyes wide as she looks over Ignatius's changed form.

"What... just happened?" she breathes, awed at the transformation. It looks like a miracle just happened, as much as she'd rather not use such an unscientific word for it. But perhaps more importantly, she'll ask Ignatius, "...How do you feel?"
