The shock of getting dunked wakes Yukio up, and he's disoriented and woozy and really not doing too well when Rin pulls him out of the water and he takes in what's going on. There's a lot of yelling and flailing and West doing whatever the hell it is West does in emergency situations (babble, apparently).
