Peridot looks vexed. She's still pretty confident that she made the right call here but, she also super didn't expect this sort of result, nor did she expect Ignatius to take it so poorly. Right now she doesn't really want to grasp the scope of just how changed Ignatius really is, or why this is such a big deal to him, because she doesn't have the time or energy to spare on feeling guilty. He has new powers. That should be a good thing, right?
