As Syrlya hits her chest and clings to the hole Ignatius made, the Mother's attention will turn to him immediately. She slaps her remaining humanoid arm over him, like someone trying to crush a bug that's crawling on them. It'll be hard enough to potentially break bones... if Syrlya had any.

Meanwhile, Strange and Steven finally cause her enough difficult to draw her ire. From two of her mechanical arms, she will rapidly fire her coldfire blasters at both of their locations, attempting to disrupt the growth. The rest of her attention remains on Ignatius and Peridot.
