Yukio hates those blue flames, but they're working (slowly, but more quickly than pulling the rubble out with tweezers would) to clean the injury. He just grits his teeth and turns his attention to his tail. It caught the edge of the coldfire blast, and the burn is worse than he thought.

"Just hurry up." There are still explosions and shouts and Yukio is doing absolutely nothing. He pulls a half-empty healing draught out of the bag he's carrying with him, and waits. As soon as Rin's done burning the rubble out (and it hurts, it's too warm and too hot and too blue) he'll down that and go back to helping West deal with the injured.
