The River Dragon looks all too intent on just ignoring Strange's demands, when Lambert's less passive voice literally echoes over the peaks. The dragon freezes, confused, before moving all at once - slithering on his belly over the mountain tops and sending cascades of water pouring over the edges and around the carnival's feet.
He stops only when Lambert is practically right in front of his nose, his massive blue eyes staring down at him sharply.
