There's something irritating about that response. Probably the way it makes the Psionic feel actually guilty for what he did. He yelled at someone who didn't even know why they were being yelled at. He frowns, looking down at the space between them.

"No... It was mine. You didn't even know what you were saying, but I let myself get mad anyway."

Maybe he really was just some dumb kid. He should be better at this by now. It's been a while since he's let his temper get the best of him. Maybe mistakes like this were inevitable.
