It's only the liquor that's slowly starting to circulate through his system that stops him from freaking out at that touch. While normally a physical gesture like that from Ginko would make him nervous, and to be honest a little concerned, right now it's just nice. Ginko's hand is warmer than his, just by a bit, but it's noticeable. The Psionic's face is flushed a faint purple from the alcohol and he basically feels warm and relaxed about everything.

"You mean, not getting injured or affording fucking bandages or something?" He's not slurring, and he's still coherent, but the purple beverage is definitely starting to have an effect on him.

While things on Alternia were most definitely "better or worse" than things on Earth, Psi can't say either for certain until he knows just what exactly is being compared. Again, normally Ginko rambling like that might be cause for concern, but right now Psi is too relaxed to worry about anything.

"Because I think trolls probably attack each other more frequently than humans, but I also think we have thicker skins than you guys do."

And speaking of skin, as he talks he turns his hand over so his palm is pressed against Ginko's.

"Bandages and stuff like that though, people usually just make do with whatever they have on hand. I think it depends on where you live and who your moirail is."
