Steven just kind of ignore the fight for now, because he's at liberty to do so. He flares out his wings, gliding closer to her, cupping his hands to his mouth so he can shout over the fuss.

"Where are you trying to go? Up there?" He points at the tower, and the woman inside. "Who is she?"
