As Tamaki peers over Strange's shoulders, he can see that displayed in the basin is an image of two people sleeping. It's hard to see who precisely those two people are, because of the fact that the room's dark, but there are unmistakably two sleeping people, which is good enough for Strange.

"Magic," Strange responds, with a yawn. This is obviously a cop-out answer and yet it's an answer Tamaki's getting. With a wave of his hand, the image in the basin vanishes. "What do you think I would be doing?"
