At around 10:45PM, Lambert (the carnival Nightrider) and Sans (the carnival's Warden, now brainwashed to serve the Prince as a member of his security) have engaged in a sword fight across the ballroom floor, resulting in a number of tables being set on fire. The fight seems to come to climax out on the larger of the balconies - the two of them make it out into the rain, only for a few more figures to get involved.
Not long after that, a storm of objects (bones?) seems to rain down on the balcony, followed by a violent flash of blue light, tearing the fixture straight off the building and leaving one of the balcony doors torn off its hinges. Many of the foggy minded ballroom guests will fail to notice, but that doesn't mean you can't. If your character is beginning to wake up to the enchantment, this is a good place to start.
Immediately after, there will seem to be a couple of dragons fighting with a giant skeleton wolf down in the courtyard below. So, that's weird.
