Peridot makes a point of sympathizing with the whole "exciting and scary" sentiment. Been there before! She also says she thinks that will be the case (that they can do what they need to with the mirror, and that the animals will be able to thrive without it). She says she's pretty confident that the Ringmaster will set them up somewhere real nice. She also expresses hope that maybe the carnival will be able to come back and visit them some day soon.

If Yefefi will accept it, Peridot will give her something to remember her by. It's one of the few pieces that she made with her talent while here in Eden.
