⇨ The Tourist Trap: PROLOGUE

Who: Anyone, anywhere in Portland.
When: Any time before the start of the event.
Where: Portland area, in the new reality.
What: Once you've submitted your AU summary, you can use this post to do some CLOSED THREADING to play out some character interactions that happened before the event start. This means that memory regains will not be in play yet. Open top levels are not allowed - these threads are intended to sort out closed interactions between planned backstory connections, during the week leading up to the actual event start.
Warnings: Could be anything.

PORTLAND, AS YOU KNEW IT

The shift went unseen and unfelt. One moment you were one person, and the next, another. This before all that, though, in the new life that you remember living here in Portland. No memories of your true self have arisen yet, and at the time this was the only life you knew. Did these events truly happen at all? Or do they only exist in memory?

For the love of-

"Nope." The pointing finger shifts into a 'shooing' gesture. "Nah. Ya ain't dumpin' his corpse near the school. Go let someone in the Pack eat 'em, or whatever, but he ain't stayin' around here ta rot."

Demons. Really.

She makes a face at that suggestion. "I don't associate with mutts. Besides, one of them will probably find him scrounging around here."

What's the big deal about this school, anyway? Joker's charge must attend classes here. More interesting information. Maybe he lives in the dorm just across the way?

"If you're that concerned, you can haul it away. But I'm done with this."

She turns to leave.

Yeah, about that....

With the flap of wings, he lands in front of her, and crosses his arms. Rather quickly, he's losing the casual relaxed air he generally carries. When it comes to Sora, there's no playing around.

"It's your mess," he says, a bit more clearly as if she didn't understand the first time. "There's no dropping it in other people's laps."
